Questions about the products

How can I clean the multifunctional cord, mobile phone chain and the pendants?

The adapters and cases are made of a tear-resistant paper-plastic mixture and can be washed at up to 60 degrees and also ironed. When ironing please choose a low temperature. Mobile phone chains, carabiners and rings can be cleaned with special polish. You should find this for example in drugstores.

Where can I put a hand on your products?

In addition to our online shipping, we also try to sell our products locally in stores. You can find out what these shops are by clicking on stores. At the moment these are only addresses in Berlin, but we are in the process of expanding our network. So maybe we will be in your area soon.

Questions about purchasing and shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment we concentrate on shipping within Germany. However, you can also order your Sminx smart strings to any other place on this globe. Due to low shipping volumes we cannot offer you a cheap shipment fee. But we promise we’re working on that! If you have special requests or plan to have a more frequent shipment to your address, please contact us at shop@sminx.de.

Do you offer gift certificates?

So far, we do not have any gift vouchers on offer, but we will consider how this could be implemented. However, we will inform you about it when we introduce it. We are, though, in the process of adding gift sets and seasonal sets to our range. These will then come in a seasonal gift box.

Which payment options do you offer?

Right now, we only offer PayPal. But we are currently working on integrating another payment service provider to offer card payment and direct debit.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are scaled with the purchase value:

4,90€ for a value of goods up to 10,00€
3,90€ for a value of goods up to 30,00€
Free shipping from 30,01€

How can I request a refund?

Returning the goods is possible within 2 weeks after receipt of order. For this you must do the following:
1) send a return request with a short explanation of the reason for the return, stating your order number #1234 and shop@sminx.de
2) After we have initiated the return, you can repack the goods
3) You can now return them at your own expense (the return address can be found in the return mail)
4) As soon as we receive the goods, you will receive a notification and the amount will be credited to your account.

Do you have any discount offers?

From time to time we will adjust our assortment seasonally and offer discount promotions at certain times of the year. Keep up to date on this by subscribing to our Instagram account @sminx_krzbrg.

How long does it take until a parcel arrives?

On average about 4-5 working days.
